Dimensions
Compliance instructions

Customers must identify and properly mark any information subject to:

ITAR regulations
EAR regulations
Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)
Export-controlled technical data
Proprietary confidentiality restrictions

CNC Aerotech is not responsible for delays, defects, or nonconformance resulting from inaccurate or incomplete customer-provided information.

4. Intellectual Property & Technical Data
All customer-supplied drawings, files, specifications, prototypes, and technical data remain the property of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers represent that they have the legal right to provide any submitted files or technical documentation.
CNC Aerotech does not claim ownership over customer proprietary manufacturing information.

5. Confidentiality

Regulatory restrictions

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment unless otherwise agreed.
